Complete the Dance Form in the Office of Residence Life.
Form requires signatures from TWO full time employees who will commit to be at the event during its entirety. There are a few other signatures required as well and the form must be submitted to the Office of Residence Life AT LEAST two days prior to the date of the event.
The Office of Residence Life is located in Ruby E. Dare Library on the main floor.
