Setting up an HSA account is easy. Use the following steps:
- Login to https://secure.hsabank.com/group_enrollment/enrollment.aspx?id=370681530
- Click on >>OPEN AN HSA
- Click on >>BEGIN ONLINE APPLICATION
Step 1: Complete all required fields of the form
Step 2: Review information, making corrections by clicking Edit for the sections needing to be fixed
Confirmation: Click >>SUBMIT
