Your portal is your personal access point to Triada! You can get in touch with your health coach, check on claims, view your HRM activities, and much more! To log in, click here or go to https://portal.triada.com/Logon/ and use your User Name and Password you created at enrollment. If you need help, please contact us!
With GAP+, your paycheck will look different, but your bank account will look very similar!
Your Triada premium is a pre-tax deduction, so your paycheck and the amount of taxes you pay will be lower. You will receive a claim payment from Triada Health each pay period on the same day as your paycheck for your participation in Triada HRM (interacting with your health coach on a monthly basis). When you combine your new payroll check plus your Triada claim payment, the funds in your bank account will be similar to your current take-home pay. The good news for you is now you have great coverage that helps cover your out of pocket medical expenses and helps you get healthier by your participation in Triada HRM! Your Triada ID Card
You can access your ID card on your Triada member portal under the “ID Card, Documents, & Links” tab. You may also access your ID Card on your Triada mobile app!
How to File a Claim
- Log into your Member Portal and select “Claims Center.”
- Select “File a Claim” located at the top left.
- Follow the prompts to complete your claim.
Your Health Coach & HRM
Your health coach will be reaching out to you shortly after your effective date. At that time, you will have thirty (30) days to interact with your coach to receive your claim payment.
Your Wearable Device
If you have a wearable device such as an Apple Watch or Fitbit, you can sync your device to your Member Portal to share your activities with your health coach. Your health coach can provide you with instructions on how to sync your device.
The myTriada App
Download the myTriada App from Apple’s App Store or Google Play. The app provides convenient access to your member portal and makes it simple to stay connected.
