Department budget managers can receive access to their online budgets by emailing itsupport@greenville.edu.

 

Department budget managers have access to “real-time” budget reports for their specific departments online. To access your budget:

 

To Access the Board Approved Operating Budget

Go to https://my.greenville.edu/ICS/ (Use your computer login ID and password).

Click on Faculty/Staff.

Click on Budgets (it is orange and on the left-hand side of the screen) Under "This Year's Active Budget" click on "Search by Worksheet".

Select a Budget year from the drop-down and hit "Search".

Click on the department you want to view.

Click on the "having spent" amount to view expenditure details You will not be able to view the details of the salary lines.


To Access Donor Restricted Funds

Go to https://my.greenville.edu/ICS/ (Use your computer login ID and password).

Click on Faculty/Staff.

Click on Donor Restricted Funds (it is orange and on the left-hand side of the screen).

Click on "Load" next to the account you would like to view.
