The following are the steps to make changes to your HSA deductions:

  1. Login to Paylocity
  2. In the upper left hand corner, hover over the grey box labeled Web Pay and click on Enterprise Web Benefits
  3. Click on Life Events
  4. Click on the drop down arrow for Other life events . . .and choose Mid-Year HSA Change
  5. Enter the current date
  6. Confirm the date change by checking the box saying you agree
  7. Click Save and Start Life Event Enrollment
  8. Click on “View Plan Options”
  9. Click on “Select”
  10. Enter the annual contribution you would like deducted from your pay and deposited into your HSA account – the system will automatically calculate the remaining # of pay dates and your cost per pay
  11. Review and click Continue if all looks correct
  12.  Email a copy of the elections to yourself
