The following are the steps to make changes to your HSA deductions:
- Log into Paylocity
- In the upper left-hand corner, hover over the grey box labeled HR & Payroll and select BSwift at the bottom of the drop-down
- Click on Life Events
- Click on the drop-down arrow for Other life events, and choose Mid-Year HSA Change
- Enter the current date
- Confirm the date change by checking the box saying you agree
- Click "Save" and "Start Life Event Enrollment"
- Click on “View Plan Options”
- Click on “Select”
- Enter the annual contribution you would like deducted from your pay and deposited into your HSA account – the system will automatically calculate the remaining # of pay dates and your cost per pay
- Review and click Continue if all looks correct
- Email a copy of the elections to yourself
