1. Faculty adopt textbooks through the eCampus FAST system. Deadlines announced by Center for Teaching and Learning
2. eCampus “scrubs” the adoption list looking for out-of-print editions or problem titles and sends Greenville that list
3. Faculty are contacted to see what they want to do and send updates back to eCampus:
a. Maintain the selected edition even though eCampus can’t guarantee availability
b. Update to newer edition
c. Require no textbook
4. eCampus updates the student portal so ISBN information can be seen when the term is live
