All students in Illinois universities must provide records of immunization for the following:
Tdap: most recent dose must be within the past ten years
MMR: two doses on or after your first birthday
Meningococcal conjugate: one dose on or after your sixteenth birthday (this is the immunization against A, C, W, and Y types of meningitis)
We need this record on file in the Community Life offices in order for you to register for any classes beyond your first semester at GU. A registration hold will be placed on your account if we do not have your records.
