Instructions to make changes to your State and Federal W4 forms:
Log into the Paylocity Self Service Portal
Under Pay, click "More"
Click on Tax Deductions
There will be two hyperlinks for you to make changes to your State and Federal W4 forms
Make needed changes
Click Save
