The chapel credit make-up process is facilitated by the Spiritual Formation community group page on D2L. Instructions on how to join this page are attached below.
After you join the page, go to the “content” section under “course materials.” There you will see a folder for each month/credit type by semester and in the folder a dropbox or activity for each service. The video for that service as well as additional instructions can be found in the description for that dropbox/activity.
Completion of one activity (quiz, reflection, video, etc). yields one chapel credit. TWE credits are earned by watching and completing activities for The Wednesday Experience (TWE) services that the student did not attend in-person, and Spiritual Formation credits are earned by watching and completing activities for Vespers services that the student did not attend in person.
Credits can be made up during the semester or after the semester. Once the semester ends, the only option students have for making up chapel credits is these online means. Failure to complete chapel credits each semester results in a hold being placed on Chapel Probation until the missing chapel credits have been made up using these means (see Chapel Probation).
