Archives are recordings made in a room. Since archives occur in the past, you cannot change an archive's properties and attendees list. Because archives are attached to rooms, you can only view archives if you have access to the room. You can control the visibility of an archive separately from the associated room.


Viewing archives

Attendees can view past sessions, but they cannot join the room.


Access archives

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Click the room name on the Rooms page, then select the Archives tab.
    • Click  View Archives from the room's context menu on the Rooms page.
  2. Click the archive you want to view.


Edit archive visibility

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Click the room name on the Rooms page, then select the Archives tab.
    • Click  View Archives from the room's context menu on the Rooms page.
  2. Click Edit Visibility beside the archive you want to edit visibility for, and select a visibility option from the drop-down list:
    • Restricted  Archives are only visible to attendees of the room.
    • Public  Archives are visible to users in the org.
  3. Click Apply.

Note: To aid Quicklinking to an archive, you should make the archive public so all users in the org can view it. Links to restricted archives limits the availability of the recording to only the attendees of the room with a specific permission.


Deleting archives

Attendees lose access to a room and its associated archives when you delete the room.


Delete an archive

Click the room you want to delete the archive for. Click the Archive tab, then click Delete beside the archive you want to delete.
