For all students who wish to come to school early or stay after dorms close, the fee is $30/day. This is an administrative fee that covers cleaning services, campus safety, and residence life work that goes into early move-ins or late check-outs.
Contact the Community Life office if you would like to schedule an early move-in or late check-out.
Related: if a student wants to move in up to three days early at the beginning of the school year but would like to avoid the fee (up to $90), they can volunteer for Baggage Brigade to help our new freshmen move in on the first day of New Student Orientation. If you would like to do this, contact the Community Life office.
