If you fall into one of the following categories, you may request an application for off-campus housing by emailing [email protected].  

  • Live at home with parents less than or equal to 30 miles from campus 

  • Student teaching requiring you to live more than 25 miles from campus 

  • Internship requiring you to live more than 25 miles from campus 

  • Married/to be married during the semester of application 

  • Twenty-five years of age or older prior to / by the semester of application 

  • Part-time student (less than 9 credit hours per semester) 

 

All fall semester applications are due on the last Monday of July. 

All spring semester applications are due on the last Monday of last Monday of the fall semester. 

 

A few further details: 

  • You must re-apply each fall to live off-campus. 

  • Disqualifiers: GPA below 2.5, a hold on the student’s account, history of significant or repeated conduct issues.  

  • Be sure to check if living off-campus will affect your financial aid or visa status.
